1/2 cup of sesame seeds
1 cup of dessicated coconut
1 cup of ground almonds
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 tablespoon of organic coconut oil (melted on low heat )
1 cup of date butter (pulped dates)
2 tablespoons of Caocao powder
Mix all ingredients until smooth…if too dry, add a little water. Roll into balls and roll extra coconut over surface, cacao powder or harakeke seeds and serve as a healthy snack or as a dessert treat.
Really high in vitamins and minerals, good fats and fibre.
